By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a pack, you agree to these terms in full.

All prices are shown in the currency tied to the active locale and exclude applicable VAT. Payment is processed by PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment clears.

• Digital delivery is instant: files are available in your account immediately after checkout.
• Failed payments void the order; no charge is held.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Every purchase grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to the buyer for the listed pack. See the Licenses for what you can and cannot do.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sharing accounts or licenses with third parties is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

The studio's liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant order in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or project delays.

We may suspend access if these terms are breached. You may close your account at any time via the settings. Closed accounts retain license rights to previously purchased packs.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be heard before the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law states otherwise.
